K2, generally known as "Spice" or "artificial marijuana," is often a designer drug comprised of a chemical compounds which might be sprayed on vegetable matter that mimic the effects of cannabis. These chemical compounds, normally called synthetic cannabinoids, bind to the same receptors in the brain as THC, the first psychoactive compound in canna
